Saffron is my second purchase from The Note, and I absolutely love the fragrance, just like the previous one. Highly recommended.
As the name suggests, I was expecting aromatic smell of Iranian Saffron but this perfume completely surprised me. It is a beautiful blend of cardamom with a sweet oriental touch. Top notes have a hint of cinnamon flowers but not the cinnamon spices. In middle notes I start to get vanilla that increases mixes with sweet spicy touch towards the end. It is a beautiful perfume to wear at evening time and perhaps at candlelight dinner because it has low sillage and remains close to skin.
They sent it as sample of this, I do not like sweet scents, so I did not like it at first, wore it last night. Got a compliment from my wife. It grew on my me. Surely, it will be my next purchase.
